Orders
Orders may be placed by telephone, or via the web store.
To order by telephone - just advise the item reference numbers and
your card details.
Postal payments may be made with cheque or P.O. (Payable to Crystal
Earth).
A receipt will be included with your consignment.
Ordering (see

Simply add the items to your shopping basket and place the order.
The total price shown is the price you pay!
Delivery
We normally dispatch orders within 1 working day for stock items and
items advertised on the web pages are usually in stock. 98% of
orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If we have a temporary
shortage, we will contact you to advise the anticipated delay
period. All
items under 500g are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the shipping option
chosen. Geodes/Crystals/Lanterns etc over 500g will be dispatched by
Courier (We
only use recognized couriers Parcelforce DHL, UPS, Titan etc, unless we have to
hire specialized shippers for extra large items). Although Insurance is
OPTIONAL, please note that any item shipped without purchasing
Insurance is done so entirely at the buyers risk. We will not
be responsible for postal/shipping damage or loss of uninsured items.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Please return them to us and we will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt.
Please advise any damage or shortages in your delivery within 7 days of receipt. We will exchange or refund payment within 14 days after receipt for goods deemed to be faulty or damaged when we receive the returned items. Personalised and perishable goods are not returnable.
When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed and obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier.
Please note that all
shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Any discount (including free shipping) given on the original order, will
be deducted from the amount to be refunded, if the value of the
returned item(s) reduces the original invoice value below the
discount threshold limit.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the
information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process
your order and second, to provide you with the best possible
service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your
consent.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
your name, address, phone number, and email address. We do not hold
any payment information as we utilise industry standard Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit/debit card details
.
We will never collect sensitive information about you. The
information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check
the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find
any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors
to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would
be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to
prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be
used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our
service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our goods or
service please contact the Sales Department immediately
The office is open 09.30am to 5pm every day except Sundays and Bank
Holidays.
We will send you the following: - an acknowledgement of your
complaint within 3 working days - a full reply to your complaint
within 14 days (within 7 days by email) If, for some reason, we
cannot deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will
give you a reason for the delay, and a date by which your complaint
will be dealt with.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
When you place an order by the internet or other methods, you are
consenting to the terms above.
